West Creek Medical Park has just announced the second Medical Office Building in The Notch. This second building will be adjacent to Medarva West Creek Surgery Center, Sheltering Arms Institute, and the brand new Marriott Residence Inn.
This new building will have a central location right off Broad Street at the intersection of I-288 with stop light access to Wilkes Ridge Parkway.
The space will be 60,000 - 90,000 square feet with anchor spaces still available and ample parking to meet patient needs.
