Sheltering Arms and VCU Health held a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday for a hospital just west of Short Pump, dubbed the Sheltering Arms Rehab Institute, a Joint Venture with VCU Health. The $95 million 212,000-square-foot facility with 114 rooms in Goochland County is expected to open in mid-2020.
