Our Mission

Goochland Economic Development and the Goochland Economic Development Authority works on a free and confidential basis with companies planning to establish new facilities, relocate existing facilities, or expand current facilities. The department also assists existing businesses and industries already located in Goochland with any business-related issues. Goochland Economic Development will assist with site selection requirements, information and research needs, small business issues, or streamlining regulatory processes. We are here to support Goochland Business!

The Economic Development Authority in conjunction with the Economic Development Department creates vitality and quality of life through four critical areas:

• Retention and Expansion of Existing Business
• Tourism
• Workforce Development
